Silver-free Low-E coated glass, referred to as silver free Low-E, is a new type of energy-saving glass, with good electrical conductivity and infrared reflection properties. High-quality float glass is used as substrate, coated with hard semiconductor oxide films by vacuum magnetron sputtering process. Using oxide films instead of metallic silver films as functional layer,the glass has good transparency, low emissivity characteristics and thermal insulation functions, while maintaining its advantages such as high film hardness, wear resistance, and oxidation resistance etc.
