On-line TCO Glass

TCO (Transparent Conducting Oxide) glass, also known as transparent conductive film glass, is a layer of transparent conductive oxide film uniformly deposited on the surface of glass through physical or chemical methods, mainly including oxides of In, Sn, and Zn and their composite multi-element oxide film materials.

Product Features:

• Technology: Adopting internationally advanced CVD online coating technology;
• Optical performance: High transmittance (≥ 80), stable and prominent haze, increased ability of thin film solar cells to absorb sunlight, and adjustable and controllable haze;
• Migration rate: The Hall migration rate of the membrane layer is 20% higher than that of similar international products;
• Conductivity: Low block resistance and can be adjusted according to customer needs;
