Incoming Material Inspection
Quality starts before the first cut. Each glass batch is checked on arrival for thickness, flatness and surface defects, with material certificates verified. That way, a flaw in the raw glass never becomes a flaw in your product.

In-Process Quality Checks
Problems are easiest to fix while the glass is still on the line. Cutting size, edges, hole positions, tempering, coating and printing are checked throughout production, so nothing is left to chance at the end.

Final Dimensional Inspection
Finished pieces are measured against your drawing and the sample you approved, which stays on file as the benchmark for your whole order. Tolerance is held to ±0.5mm, and you receive a written inspection report.

Export Packing Inspection
A damaged panel can stop your production line, so packing gets its own inspection. PE film, anti-mold paper between sheets, custom-fit wooden frames, steel banding and corner protection are all checked before each crate is closed.
